Cancellations

Last minute cancellations and “no shows” impact our business enormously. It is impossible to fill these time slots when little or no notice of cancellation is received thus resulting a loss of revenue.

A 50% fee of the confirmed service will be charged for last minute cancellations or no shows.

Therefore we hope that you understand that we have had to update out Client Cancellation Policy to hopefully minimise the impact of this situation.


Responding to Confirmation text

We send our confirmation texts no later than 48hrs prior to your appointment time as a reminder. It’s important that you check the time/date on the text and respond back to us. If we do not receive a reply your appointment may be allocated to another client.


Running Late

We appreciate that things happen and we are more than happy to make any changes/reschedule your appointment and accommodate you if there is flexibility in our appointment book. If you are running late please notify us and understand that your time maybe cut short or we may have to reschedule you so we don’t inconvenience other clients. At Jacou we are committed to running on time and our services have allocated time frames so if you are late it impacts your stylist and their clients for the day.


Changes To Confirmed Appointment

If you have confirmed your appointment then find that you no longer have the time for all services booked, please notify us as soon as you can so a fee is not charged. Notifying us when you arrive is not enough time to allocate your time to another client.


New Client Appointment Policy

If you are a new client a deposit for your booked service/s may be required to secure your appointment. Upon booking a confirmation text will be sent and a screen shot of payment is required to secure your appointment.

We kindly ask that you provide us with 24hrs notice for all cancellations/changes, we can then reallocate any time not required by you to another client. If you need to reschedule your appointment we will hold your deposit for your new appointment time or if you cancel your appointment your deposit will be refunded.

If you fail to provide us with 24hrs notice of cancellation/rescheduling or you don’t show for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
